The Construction Fuel Crew Coffee Station is a turnkey coffee service built specifically for construction jobsites, project trailers, and field offices.

Instead of sending someone out for coffee, your crew gets a dedicated, fully stocked station right on site — complete with two single-serve brewers, Construction Fuel coffee, reusable mugs, coffee essentials, secure storage, and ongoing replenishment.

The station is built around a rugged rolling workbench with a butcher-block top and enclosed storage, so it looks like it belongs on a construction site — not in a corporate break room.

How long is the service commitment?


Crew Coffee Station service requires a 6-month minimum commitment. After the initial term, service can continue based on your project schedule and ongoing coffee needs.

What does my jobsite need to provide?


Your site needs access to standard electrical power and potable water near the station location. No plumbing connection is required for the single-serve brewers.

How often are coffee and supplies replenished?


Coffee and everyday consumables are replenished based on your selected Crew Station and anticipated daily use. If consumption changes during the project, we can adjust your service as needed.

What if our crew size increases?


No problem. Additional coffee can be added at any time, and larger projects can increase station capacity or add another Crew Coffee Station.

Can the mugs be customized for our company or project?


Yes. Your station can include reusable mugs branded with your company, project, or other approved artwork. We’ll coordinate the branding before setup.

How are delivery and setup handled?


After your station request is confirmed, we coordinate delivery and setup based on your project location, site access, and desired start date. Any special delivery or setup requirements will be discussed before service begins.

What happens when the project ends?


When your project is wrapping up, contact us to coordinate the end of service and station removal. If you’re moving to another project, we can also discuss transferring or continuing the service.
